Repubs almost HAVE to run once or twice before the nomination is
deeded to them.

when he loses to Feingold he'll be toast in the GOP Primaries... plus
I think you have a Congresscritter that the Nation knows better right
now...

Well by JB's logic, he wouldn't be running to win this time... He'd be
running to pay his dues so he can win in 2020 or whenever he comes up
next in the GOP rotation.

that's how the GOP nomination process has worked since at least Ronald
