Dear Midwest Ultimate Teams,

Have you been looking for a chance to show off your sick low-release
break-mark scoober? Mark your calendar. You are invited to attend the
first ever M.U.M. Winter Indoor Liftoff in Fairfield Iowa. This will
be a competitive friendly tournament taking place over the weekend of
February 3rd. Maximum of 9 teams means lots of games, lots of
competition, and lots of fun. This is a great chance to break the
winter monotony when everybody gets tired of playing snow ultimate.

We will be hosting a special Superbowl party on Sunday after games end.
Bagels/water/fruit will be provided with some extra treats. More
information will be made available to interested teams.

Sincerely,

IFUC (the team formerly known as the MUM Flyers)

How the heck do you throw a "low-release" scoober?

The low-release scoober is pretty sweet. You have to get really low,
and throw it at an almost vertical angle to get it to level off. It's
not really useful for anything other than impressing people.

Fresh info about this tournament: we have lined up a DJ to work the
tournament and lay down some hot tracks. We are going to have the
hottest tournament this side of the Mississippi.

The tournament is indoors, does that mean play will be in a gym or on
turf?
