I've been to two games, and they both felt too long, but
I'll admit it might be because neither game was close in the
second half. (I did enjoy watching the 4th quarter of
Spinners vs. Rampage, because, knowing they couldn't win
otherwise, the Rampage resorted to hucking it over and over,
which made for exciting plays. But even though I enjoyed
that aspect, the game still felt too long.)
Given the logistical impossibilities of playing shorter
games more frequently, would it be out of the question to
have teams play three shorter games? Could either do three
games of shorter length (20 minutes?), and have each count
towards regular season, or you could have two "medium" games
(30 minutes?) with one very short tie-breaker (10 minutes?)
if the first two are split.
