Sublimated jerseys are expensive, and when you go to
non-ultimate related companies, you never know what you are
going to get. At Arizona State, we got our jerseys through a
company namedhttp://www.abprotriathlon.com/, and I just
wanted to relate my experience working with them. Depending
on your team's needs this may be another company to consider
when looking for sublimated jerseys.

This season I helped get jerseys for the Arizona State
Diablos Men's Ultimate team. We were set on getting
sublimated jerseys, but we were not fortunate enough to win
the 5 sponsorship contest and cost was definitely a factor.
I was exploring the different options (VC, Gaia, Savage,
Breakmark, Zone, etc), but I also wanted to explore working
directly with an overseas factory. I asked my aunt, a
seamstress that had worked in Vietnam and China doing
overseas outsourcing and quality control within the garment
industry, if she had any recommendations, and she suggested
ABPro.

ABPro is a company that does small orders of custom
sublimated triathlon gear. We specified what we were looking
for (sent example pictures), and they pointed us to the
http://www.abprotriathlon.com/index.php/men/top/tech-shirt.html
that they do. We decided that these would do the trick for
our jerseys, and started the process.

They were great to work with. They answered all of our
questions quickly, they sent us samples of their fabrics so
we knew exactly what we were ordering, and they kept us in
the loop in every step of the process. The order took about
5 weeks from when we sent them the art-work, and when we got
our jerseys everyone on the team loved them. The fabric is
comfortable and feels like a quality fabric, they did a
great job on the sublimation, and the sizing and cut was
exactly what we were expecting. Some people were hesitant,
going with an unknown company for our jerseys, but they
turned out great.

We ordered over 50 of each jersey (light and dark) for both
the A team and B team, and we ended up paying $31 per shirt
(it would have been $34 each for 25-49, and $38 each for
12-24). Also, there was no extra charge for last names and
numbers on the back. Even though the factory was based in
Vietnam, the company had an office in California, so we only
had to pay the shipping from Cali to Arizona

We did not order shorts from them, so we have no idea how
their shorts would work for ultimate. Though the jerseys are
really comfortable, I still like the fabric 5 uses better.
All and all though, for the price point, we were incredibly
happy.

****TLDR version****

ASU Men's team got jerseys from
http://www.abprotriathlon.com/index.php/men/top/tech-shirt.html

Pros:
-Very low cost (we paid $31 each)
-No extra cost for names and numbers
-Easy to work with
-Great service
-Everyone loved the final product
-Took 5 weeks from sending art to getting jerseys
-Only had to pay shipping from California

Cons:
-Not an ultimate company
-They do not support the ultimate community
-I personally like 5's electro fabric better
-We know absolutely nothing about their shorts

Are those full sublimated? They look spot subbed. For a
full-sub jersey there should never be a cost for names and
numbers on the back as each jersey is custom made anyway. I
think VC spot sub jerseys are around $30, but that may only
be for a logo on the front. VC's material sure is sexy
though. The price isn't that far off.

If it IS full sub, then 31 each is pretty darn good.

I don't remember how much our Breakmark jerseys were, but I
think around $40 for a full-sub.

Good find and thanks for sharing.

The whites have a design on the front, AZ flag on one sleeve
and logo on the other, and names and numbers on the back.
Our Darks are completely sublimated. Both white and dark
were $31 a pop.

And this is how they look in action:
