official:
www.mattlanephotography.com
www.scobelwigginsphotography.com

unofficial (there must be others as well):
www.freeheelimages.com (don't know if andrew was there or not)
http://www.pbase.com/hanweihsieh/sports (team photographer for Metal,
also got finals)
http://zaps21.com/photo/frisbee.htm (semis and finals only, will be up
in a week or so)

Sorting through the 10,000+ images that matt and scobel took will take
weeks, so sit tight.

This was a spectacular grab by the Whor$hack guy for a score:

Miles pulls down some sick grabs. I'm anxious to see the UV clip
and/or well-framed shots of that grab.

Thanks for the quick pix fix, Bil.

You are right, the catch by Miles was spectacular but it didn't quite
go for the score. The amazing part is he held onto the disc even
though x-rays yesterday revealed multiple breaks in his wrist.

As I told the team today, he has a hell of a story to tell his kids one
day on playing his first year of club and going to the national finals.

Dayum. I talked to him afterward and he seemed ok. Tough kid.

Now you have someone to throw lefties with during warmups.

Scobel Wiggins and I have been asked not to publish/post our photos until
the UPA has made selections for the UPA newsletter. That will likely take
a couple weeks.

Until then, there are two options (other than checking RSD twice per day):

[1] Go to http://www.mattlanephotos.com/photonotify.html to receive an
immediate email when my photos of your favorite teams are posted.

[2] Scobel and I are collaborating to offer teams photo CDs. We should be
able to offer these CDs very soon (even before we are allowed to post
images to our websites). If you are interested in more information email
either of us. Information and pricing will be posted on our websites in
the next day or two.

I like the way the photo makes it look like he's giving it a cute
little point-to-the-disc.

fuck yeah Miles... don't get better too soon.

This was by far the best grab I saw in any of the finals games.

Absolutely Sick!!

It's a shame to see that Miles didn't fight the man by refusing to wear
the matching team shorts like the upa requests. He told me he was
going to wear those red swim trunks he stole off a homeless guy.

Evidence that it should have been '$hack and Chad in the finals - so I
could've matched up on this guy and a rip in the time/space continuum
would have contributed to the wind for a suffocating Zone D:

This is scary people. His name is Timothy Warden(-something). My name
is Shawn Timothy Walding. Both southpaws. We both are working on sweet
white boy fro's. And if I am any indication, we are both wicked leg
wrestlers.

I was way more excited about this picture than he was, and was probably
due to the fact that I was in the beer garden, and he was in the finals
the next day. Also the fact that people were looking at us like a
circus freakshow. But when haven't people looked at me like that?
Thanks for being a good sport Tim, and remember that you're playing for
two now.
