AS PER PERIS OCT 26 BOD BLOG POST CONCERNING OBSERVERS.....

There are a few questions at the end of her post that deal with the
EVER POPULAR issue of more powerful observers vs the traditional
passive observing meathod. ANYWAYS......while its great that the
admin is actually reaching out to the membership for OUR INPUT, i
think it would be WAY MORE effecient AND effective if the dozen or so
administrators would answer these questions AND LET US SEE THEIR
RESPONSES......you know, so that we can better determine if these
people are representing us properly.....and accurately.

I mean, its highly unlikely that the upa will be able to gather an
adequate amount of feedback for it to be even close to accurately
reprersentative so they will likely set this policy BASED ON THEIR OWN
AGENDAS........and simply say that they DID reach out to the
membership but didnt get adequate feedback.

PLEASE UPA PLEASE........SHOW A LITTLE TRANSPARANCY AND LET THE
MEMBERSHIP KNOW WHE ALL OF YOU STAND ON THESE ISSUES. it may be the
case that people dont take part in the voting/polling process because
they just ASSUME that they are being proplerly represented (probably
based on the bull shit canadates spew in their campaign speaches).

So upa PLEASE convey the thoughts of the admin on these issues if for
nothing else for the sake of being transparent........AN AREA THAT
EVEN BOD MEMBER GWEN AMBLER THINKS THE ADMIN IS SEVERLY
LACKING.......or thought.......whats the present status of your
opinion on this gwen?????
