team changes, within the salary cap, may be made at any time.

Much and all as I would love to be third I'm afraid that you've got me in

<bellyaching>
My extra player alone earned 140!
Hayden, Ponting, Jayasuriya, CRD Fernando, (Hussain, Knight) with Attapattu
as the extra player comes to just 93?
</bellyaching>
It is not as if Uday needs an edge at this point.
This is nothing to what you see below
six-man lineup
Darcy - Ponting, Martyn, Sangakkara, Vaas, Hussain, White
draft selections
Knight - Darcy
Match 9 points:
Ponting 200000 35
Martyn 200000 11
Sangakkara 200000 67
Vaas 200000 0
This comes to 113
However in Darcy's
Match 9 Order of Merit:
5 John Darcy 900000 183 $4,918
And of course I checked up my totals after Shripathi "Dalvi was jobbed"
Karnath(ok Kamath)
posted this and lo and behold I totalled 152 as opposed to Darcy's total of
83.
(Lee, Gilchrist, Knight, Blackwell, Jayawardene, Jayasuriya and Ponting in
the Draft).
Probably should go back and check other matches as well.
Also I did not know that I could say "if Lehman does not play then put in X
or
else.....".
I think we should nullify all the points after the draft and give the trophy
to
whoever won after the last match before the break(before the draft).
Peace,
Lenin

So, no amount of caught-Sangakkara-bowled-Vaas would have helped me
after all. I traced the problem to the double-points players, the
spreadhseet was still assigning to each team owner their player from the
*first* draft.

I have a suspicion your spreadsheet has given me sympathy points. I'll
print this listing out and frame it but won't be surprised if a later
recalculation shifts me back down.
I'll make some team changes. At the moment I have Maher, Hayden,
Jayasuriya, Fernando, Knight and Hussain with de Silva as my <ahem> bonus
player.
I'd like Gilchrist, Martyn, Sangakkara, Fernando, Knight and Vaughan. Can I
change de Silva for, ummm, umpire Tiffin? That guy driving the Gatorade
bottle? A seagull?
I am not sure if I can but I would like to change my team to:
Gilchrist, Hogg, Hussain, Knight, Attapatu, Jayasuriya
Aamir Waheed

My England selections are Tresco, Irani & Hussein.
If any of those are dropped to make way for Vaughan, can I replace them with Vaughan?
(if they aren't dropped, I'll go with my original selections)

Ken, your team is Bevan, Ponting, Irani, Trescothick, Jayasuriya,
Sangakkara, and Hussain is your 7th player.
If you wish to make a change, you must be specific. For example, what
would I do in the (remote) event that both Trescothick and Irani were
dropped? - which one of those would I delete from your lineup to insert
Vaughan?
Please repost your wishes.

And I can change it again before the SL AUS game again, correct?
Correct.
Ken can't help it, he's a stupid, stupid head. When he tries
to be less stupid, he is merely stupid, but generally he is
stupid, stupid.
