I understand: Zindabad = long live
What does the word Paindabad mean? How is it pronounced?

Well, what would you say is the difference between the 2 words then:
Zindabad & Paindabad?

Zindabad also means to live long?

Paa-in-da-bad literally means "Last forever". So there's a slight
difference, although Pakistan Zindabad and Pakistan Paaindabad are
both used in same context.

The national anthem of Pakistan carries the word 'paaindabad'.
Zindabad doesn't make it there.

Oops, the anthem has the words, 'paa-inda-taa-bindaa-baad', which
would mean, 'last and shine(sparkle) forever'.

I think, these words have their origins in Faarsi (Persian).
