Does Sachin sponsor this fan?

Tendulkar and 10 painted on him...and he is there at every Indian
venue...I heard somewhere that Sachin actually sponsors this guy...is
that true? You know, the bald guy
Also, there's another fan who is similarly conspicuous....u know the
guy who is physically handicapped...the chap seems to have polio in
both his legs or something like that. I even see him as a fan-leader
for Kings XI (?)...I am sure he is also sponsored by someone...the
BCCI?
You guys have any idea about these 2 chaps? Yesterday I was watching
Sachin's chennai century against England and at the end when everyone
came onto the ground the polio chap also was there and Sachin shook
his hands with him as he was doing it with others

i read something by a saf guy that the indian team has
adopted them as mascots and look after them, sachin
being a major sponsor.
