What is a "test match"? What are "eng", "nz", "wi" and "oz"?

The curfew had been lifted and the gamblin' wheel shut down, Anyone with
any sense had already left town. Yet cricd...@hotmail.com was standin'
in the doorway saying:

When are these matches going to start?
Are they test matches of T20s?

I would like to see McCullen in T20.
