Sounds like they are going over board on this.. Why multiple bodies/
entities are trying him for the same offense? In a court of law it
would be double jeopardy. Feel sorry for Bhajji

Still Bhajji is being punished for the same offense from 2 bodies IPL
and BCCI. This is not right IMHO.

There is no evidence that has come out that indicates Sreesanth
provoked Bhajji. So Bhajji got away lightly with a 5 ODI ban. Bhajji
is thug of the first order.

Why was Sreesanth reprimanded then? These are the other things that
happened in relation to this incident:
* The match umpire was suspended for a game for suggesting that
Sreesanth deserved it
* Lalchand Rajput, the Mumbai team manager, was fined for applauding
Bhaji's slap
Just pointing out that there is evidence that there was provocation,
not that it justifies physical violence.

what happened to symonds after he felled the streaker: any CA or
police action?
what happened to ponting when he pawed the ladies in calcutta early in
his career? oh, i remember, he got earmarked by CA for captaincy.
for the record, let me say that i think that bhajji is a shit, who
chucks every once in a while, and should have been disciplined early
and often.
