also... why not test both mayweather and pancqauio at the same time?
surely if pan feels it will weaken him, then won't he feel mayweather
is weakened just the same?

It is not about the amount of blood taken before the fight that
bothers Manny. It is the fact that blood is taken at all. He is
superstitious or has a phobia about it. Mayweather and/or his camp
are being real buttheads about this whole issue.

Bob Arum, Manny's promoter, said, "We appeased Mayweather by agreeing
to a urine analysis at any time, and blood testing before the press
conference and after the fight. Mayweather pressed for blood testing
even up to the weigh-in. He knew that Manny gets freaked out when his
blood gets taken, and feels that it weakens him. This is just
harassment and, to me, just signaled that he didn't want the fight."

According to Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaefer, who is negotiating the
deal with Top Rank president Todd duBoef, Pacquiao refuses to have his
blood drawn within 30 days of the bout based on his superstition of
testing so close to a fight.

"Todd told me that Pacquiao has difficulty with taking blood and
doesn't want to do it so close to the fight," Schaefer said. "He,
Pacquiao, would only agree to have blood drawn before the kick-off
press conference and after the fight."

Two weeks ago, Pacquiao's trainer, Freddie Roach, told ESPN.com that
their side had no problem with Olympic style testing.

"I have no problem with the testing whatsoever," Roach said then.
"They can do whatever kind of drug testing they want. They're scared
of Manny and scared of his power. He'll pass any test in the world."

We'll see where this leads but it appears to me to just be posturing
by the Mayweather camp.

Regards,

yo! skinny! mayweather is just scared! plain and simple. i'm just
wondering what mayweather is more afraid of: being knocked the fuck
out or having a blemish on his record?

If a guy's used an illegal substance to enable him to beat the
ever-living fuck out of you what consolation is it to you that the
outcome is subject to being set aside?

So in your mind, Manny Pacquiao is already juiced?
Interesting. You cyber convicted him before any test.

Unless the blood testing is RANDOM and UNANNOUNCED it is VERY easy to
beat.

"Pacman" is a fraud.
