In my most Lou like fashion, I'm looking for info on the best pool rooms
in the area and to see there are if any RSB-ers that might want to bunt
balls around for a couple of hours in the evening. My alignment problem
has gone away so I might be able to play my best C level game (if my leg
pain doesn't shut me down). Anyone?

Can't help you for DE.

But I will be in NJ

AGAIN

in a couple of months. Same deal: I'll be available to play a few
hours during the day...

The best pool room in that vicinity that I know of is. our house:-)
Usually a fridge full of Dogfish Head 60 IPA's

We're approximnately an hour south of Wilmington in North East, MD.

The wife and I are amateurs at best, but we're trying. She did hold the
table at the Rendezvous in Perryville for an hour and a half. After an
hour one of the 'players' asked how often she played. I had to admit we
have our table.

If interested in playing a couple of amateurs, on a cheap, but level
table with siminos cloth (sorry, it's burgundy, not green) you can
contact me JohnReber @ ChesapeakeIsle.org.

We're always open to learn.

OK Lou. Please post some dates when you know. Maybe I can sneak away for a
couple of hours one day.

I'm not going to be in DE, but I'll be back in Toronto in late July,
likely for two weeks. Anyone want to get together?

And you didn't think to mention that to Ortelia and me? Or, is that
Ortelia and I - I get confused.

I want to see how much you've improved (I know I have).

Thank you for the invitation. Unfortunately, I'm suffering from a severe
bout of (self-diagnosed) sciatica. I can't even be upright for more than
a few seconds without intense pain. I literally spent the entire w/e flat
on my back in hopes of the problem subsiding. No dice. I have an Xray
seculed today, and tomorrow I travel to Cols. to see my back doctor to
make sure I haven't messed up any of the $88,000 (not a typo!) worth of
hardware they stuck in me back in Feb.

I'll keep you all posted when I can.

Well, I've gone up a notch, IMO, but still plagued by inconsistency.
I'm working more on a consistent PSR, and for some reason often lazily
don't get quite as close to the cue as I should and don't lift my elbow
as high as I should. If I discipline myself on those two, I'm okay
these days.

I should mention that I seem to play several levels above my usual when
I see you, and assuming those were flukes, I'll be wanting a big spot
now that you're so strong.

Maybe straight pool, race to our ages ;-)

Dean <-- looking forward to seeing you both again

town...

Ouch, sorry to hear that. I've had chronic back pain for a while from
playing to much competitive volleyball without proper warm ups.

Invitation's always open, we're not going anywhere.

I don't know of any in Wilmington, but I am almost sure there are one or two
in Newark area (not far away). I believe one closed, but that there is at
least one other around. Might do a search on Newark pool
