Absolutely.

Raise'em real high.

And stop making so many. Slow down. Take some time off.

Play some pool. Stop being so productive.

Murray,

Does your post mean that the current bid is higher than what you'd charge to
make this cue? I was thinking about bidding, but the price does seem a
little high. Would you mind e-mailing me privately and giving me a quote on
a similar cue?

Don't be getting a swelled head :)
Joe

(*<~ I'd guess that Murray hasn't seen this or much of anything
else, today. Murray drove down to Tampa and played in Tommy Kennedy's
tournament. While he shot well, he was still eaten by Bigger Fish. He
managed to find his way over to me on the one-pocket table. He 'said'
he'd never played before and won the 'first' game. He ended up in an In
& Out game with me and Pete (the former house cue repairman) who also
went two-n-out in the tourny (which I didn't play in).
The real problem arose when three of us kept ordering pitchers of beer
from different waitresses, not realizing that each other had already
ordered. Everyone was playing competitively UNTIL we started playing for
pitchers of beer and orders of hot buffalo wings, then one player rose
to the challenge and didn't lose another game the rest of the night
(me,me,me,me,me,me).... I'd guess that about 23-25 pitchers of beer gave
their life for a good cause.
I am too 'tired' today to return to Planet 9-Ball to watch the finals
and find out how they finish. Murray ended up checking into a motel
instead of heading home. I'd imagine that Murray and Pete are as 'tired'
as I am.
Murray recently posted a link to a picture of his bada-binga wood cue
(or something like that) and I had a chance to see & hold it up close
and personal. What a nice looking cue. He donated it to the Tommy
Kennedy Tour.
I'll tell you something else that was very interesting, it seems that
aw hell, forget it. Where'd I put the damn asprin ?

I need to make a pitcher of Bloody Marys now (for medicinal
purposes)

Actually I sold the cue originally. This cue has ivory ferrules and an aegis
ring. A boarskin leather wrap. For the money its very tough to beat. But the
Murray legend is growing :) Out of respect for the seller wont list the actual,
I will let Murray let you know what it is.

Joe (--- a Tucker customer and hopes the cues will be around alot longer than
the car of the same name :)

Doug,
Some time last night my liver packed up and left. If you see the little guy
please tell him to come home. I promise I'll never do that to him again.

I still think you "jarred" me after I won the first game. Some people will
do anything for free beer and chicken wings.

Murray,
I just bought one of your cues from CuesPlus. Can't wait to receive
it.
It is the second one in your cue gallery. Forgot to ask Mike what the
shaft tapers were (1,2,3 or 4 according to your web-site). I think I
got in before the prices hit the Scruggs-Mottey level!
