I would like to transfer some practice drills from various books,
videos, web sites etc into my own practice routine. Does anyone have
some kind of document with a template of a pool table with movable
balls that they are willing to share? Ideally, I would like one that
can be printed easily with black and white printer. I would want the
table outline, with diamonds and head and foot spots. So far I have
only found ones on the web in color with dark backgrounds. Thanks in
advance!!

If they're available, use Photoshop and change what there is to what you
want. You're at least savvy enough to subscribe to Usenet--go for it.

Daniel,

I have a printable "blank 9 foot" scaled table drawing that you may use.
The table has all the diamonds connected by grid lines for position.

Feel free to share

There are some practice drill that can be printed out also.

But it's not printable or easily accessed off line.

Most operating systems these days have built-in screen capture

earlier versions of the OS for about 14 years now. The commercial and
shareware ones might have more flags and whistles though.

Also, you can download the rsb pool table and use it offline. I have it
on my laptop, which I use often when it is not connected to the
internet, and the rsb pool table works then too.

I've tried to print out that table in color and B&W and all I get is a
blank page. Well almost blank. It has the title and it prints 'help' in
the middle.

Ah yes, the old Alt+Print Screen trick pasted into WordPad or Paint trick.

You really don't need any special software for screen captures. Get
the wei table where you want it, hit print screen on your keyboard,
then open up Microsoft Paint, hit edit and click on paste. You can
then edit out the extra stuff if you olike and print from there.
