I just found that Google has RSB archives back to Sept. 6, 1994 - for
those interested:

Hmmm. I had a post on that day.

Also, if I add together the number of posts for my two email
addresses, it looks like I might be the highest all-time poster here.

Is that a good thing? I'll have to think about that.

But if you add together Bob Jewett's two addresses, he's ahead of you. 8;)

I didn't notice that, but it makes sense. There are probably others
who posted more than I did since 1994; it sort of surprised me
because I don't think I've posted so much in the past few years.

wow, what a treasure trove! Thanks, carter.

Just randomly pulling up some of the 90's months, some of the old names
that pop up really make it a walk down memory lane.

Thanks for that return to yesteryear. Makes you nostalgic for all the
good-natured banter and the peeps from those days.

Earliest post I could find was in Mar of 1997. I think I lurked at ASP
first though...

Did big fish eat little fish even back then?

Carter, Thank you. I've only "lurked" since Smorg passed away and his
old posts brought back fone memories.

I won a tournament last night* and on my way home I thought of past
times when I would email Doug in the we hours with the results

*actually split the pot as I had the other finalist in the calcutta and
it was a quarter to 2 in the morning. I grossed $375, take out $30
entry, $40 calcutta and the $305 net was sweet.

Hang on hang on hang on. You didn't spend any money there? No food no
beverages? Methinks your net isn't quite as "net." :)

LOL I did buy a cup of coffee and later a Snapple, my bad. So deduct
another $2.50. I go to Leisure Time to play pool not eat and drink and
I never drink adult beverages when I'm playing for money.
