It's not a trick shot, it's a domino's exhibition. Once its set up,
wonder dog can make it with his nose. Gene Catron the glove came up
with this back in the late 90's. He had this set up on 3 tables at
the BCA show then and I walked up and sat down on the rail of the
table and he almost had a grand mal on me. I did not realize I could
have set the damn thing off and ruining hours of set up work. People
are fascinated by it. Gene is not longer with us, and he could do
some serious shots with his cue.
As a pool trick shot on a scale of 1-10, I give it a 2.
As a cool thing to watch, or a domino's exhibition, I give it a full
10.
www.poolchat.net is where its at.

Must have taken quite a while to set that up. Not much skill involved in
the shot but its entertaining.

I think this is the one they set up in the Netherlands, where it caused
a considerable stink. Apparently a sparrow, that most exalted and
endangered species, entered the arena, and they shot it before it could
further wreck the set-up, which got Europe'ss rabid animal rights folks
up in arms.
"The TV show's creator, Robin Paul Weijers, said there were 'mixed
emotions' over the new record. 'We all feel terrible abut what
happened,' he said." That's right, I'm sure he lost hours of sleep over
a sparrow.
