Another cuemaker whose full name I do not know is "Miltonio." I believe
that is just a nickname. He is from Vista, California. He does good work,
and most of it is quite unique, also.

Re: Making a list of All the current cue makers....UPDATED 10/6/98
Is this now 126 cuemakers? I would have thought that this
illustrious ng would come up with at 'least' 200 names of current
cuemakers.

I'm surprised too. I have a sneaky pete from Mueller's. They are in the
Blue Book, so I guess they should count too. I had heard at one time that
Paul Huebler actually made these cues, to Mueller's specs, but that might
have been a one-time contract or something.
Has anyone yet compared the Blue Book list to this list?
When complete, maybe the list should be added to the FAQ?

John,
Thanks for the imput on the German cuemakers. Ardie has spent all day trying to
get the cuemaker list updated with as many cities, states & countries as she can.
Hopefully we can have it up on the newsgroup tomorrow. You have a great case
list started - maybe you can continue with it.

Hope rsb'ers can give us many more names and locales to make a reasonably
complete list. We are up to about 165 and hope to post it tomorrow - doesn't
seem nearly high enough.

Clyde Beard - San Jose, Ca. I just saw Clyde at the 3C Nationals last month.
He's in his 90's and not as active in the cue making department as he used
to be.
Harry Sims - former National 3C champion. He made cues for a few years after
winning the Championship in the mid 80's. Moved to the Mid-West I think and
I don't know if he still makes cues.

One is Greg Hearn in Calgary, Canada (great work. I would play with one of
his cues for sure!). Another is named simply "Miltonio." That is just a
nickname, I believe. He is in Vista, CA. Does anyone out there know who
this is?
