Most balls on 9 ball break

Yesterday, I made seven balls on a nineball break. 9 and 3 left. Nothing
different, nothing unusual. Just went, Wow!

Is there any sort of record keeping on this? Oh, I know I would not
qualify, as no one witnessed it, but I swear it happened.

I believe you Steve. When I was new to pool, and playing in a nineball
league I made 6 on the break, had 2 hanging near pockets, and an easy
shot on the first ball...

Yep, missed the sucker.

I'm still unhappy about it.

I assume you made the 3, right, or were you stuck behind the 9?

I hit a break last year at the Wis. State tournament and made 6. It
was in a room with about 40 tables in it and when I hit the rack it
sounded like a rifle shot. Then the balls started to rat-a tat into
the pockets and the whole room came to a stop to see what had just
happened. I got a standing "O" from the tables closest to me. Then
the pressure was really tough because everybody stopped and watched to
see if I got out too. I got lucky and had an easy out. Next break
was empty and life was back in sync. LOL
