trick shots and tounaments

I am 15 and very into the game. I would appreciate it if anybody could
tell me of some tournaments in Pennsylvania, anywhere near king of
prussia. Also I love trick shots and am always looking for new ones to
try. if you have a special favorite that you made up, please post it.

Byrne's Trick Shot book is the most extensive available. You might try
looking in used bookstores for:

Hermann? Tricks and Games on the Pool Table -- Dover reprint
Caras (small soft-bound)
Mizerak in "Just Showin' Off" has some suggestions on how to
become a trick shot artist
Varner, Mosconi and others have some trick shots in their books

Also, Billiards Digest and Pool and Billiard Magazine usually have some
kind of trick or fancy shot.

If you want to see some impressive trick shots you (or your parents) should
pick up virtual pool. It's got a database of 100 or so and most of them
are pretty easy to set up...
