Brand new Fellini case for sale. The case is covered with Diamondback
Rattlesnack skin. The skin is uncut meaning the skin was pulled over
the case as one solid piece. The is the only Fellini like this one in
existence. Made specifically for me by Mr. Bob Hemphill. Make me an
offer in interested. Pictures are available if requested. This case is
absolutely gorgeous and has to be looked at to appreciate. You won't
find another case like this anywhere! Thanks in advance.

How many butts and shafts does it hold? What would be the equivalant cost of a
Fellini without snakeskin? Thanks.

Yes, Bob Hempel, who founded Fellini back in the 70s is making cases again.

Bob doesn't have email. He can be reached at:

BTW, to the guy who asked about how many shafts and buttts a Fellini holds, all
the ones I've ever seen, including mine, hold one butt and two shafts.

Question: What, if anything, differentiates these Fellini's with the originals?

Nothing as far as I know.

But, I wouldn't want to answer for Bob. Why don't you give him a call and ask.

Well I did that this afternoon, and we had about a half hour chat. He doesn't
have all the skin materials he once had, but he is still trying to find places
to get them. The cases will be identical in everyway to the originals. Which is
kind of sad, because the originals have become nice collectables. He is doing
special tooling applications for personalizations and such. But he is still
making just the single butt 2 shaft models. I think these were fine in the 70's
when people really didn't use a break cue. But I don't know how successful he
will be now. People looking for Fellini's today are mostly collectors. The
other concern I have is now every Szamboti (Gus) will have an original Fellini.
I wish him lots of luck and may order one for kicks, but I do wish he would
call them Fellini II's.

Me too! I have that combination in my small collection now. What do you think
the going price would be
for a 4 point (Gus) Szamboti with 2 Ivory ferrule shafts and a old Fellini 1x2
case? I think I paid $380 for the cue
from Gus, and $100 for the case.

Well it depend on the Boti. Is it plain, any work in it? The case will usually
go for around 100.00 to 200.00 If it is a mint case and depending on the
material that could be 300.00. 4 point Gus with original finish in 80 to 90% 4
point plain, between 2250.00 and 3000.00 depends on the desperation of the
buyer, or the seller for that matter.
