Any other UW Husky fans here?

Oh yes, there are a few of us here. Welcome to the group!! As you will
see, traffic here will pick up quite a lot once the season starts, and you
will see an occasional flame war between us and the Cardinal fans (there's
a lot of them out here, as well ...). Most of the time, things here are
quite civilized though.

Hi Janice, not a Husky fan, but I've asked this question recently on this
group and haven't gotten an answer, so perhaps you know:

Is Jamie Redd going to attend UW this year? She's from my neighborhood in
San Francisco, and I had heard that she had committed to UW, but there was
some question about her enrollment.

Also, I'll introduce myself as a Stanford fan, and the UW-Stanford rivalry
is very much alive here on this newsgroup. Lots of discussion during the
season on the matchups between the two teams.

there are any other fans of the University of Washington's

Huskies in Seattle. I've been a season ticket holder since Coach
G first arrived. Just five more months to go...
