I am interested in knowing the cost of a college baseball season
ticket from various schools throughout the country. If anyone has this
information, please respond.

Wichita State Shockers ticket prices are:

Box Seat $210 ($273?? for Regional and Super Regional)

Reserved $125 ($191 for Regional and Super Regional)

(regular season seasion ticket include conference tournament)

I'm positive about the reserve ticket prices since I just got my bill for
1999 season tickets. Box seats may be a little higher for the Regionals and
Super Regionals.

Clemson is $70 per season for all seats, however box seats are rarely available
until someone leaves the priority list. Regionals are $50 for all session box
seats as available.

College World Series Tickets are about $10 a piece for reserved(which
are becoming harder and harder to get without connections), and bleacher
seats in the OF are like $4 a ticket I believe, and sell for $30 for a
book of 10. (or was it $5 a ticket and book of 10 for $40..something
like that anyway) I have no clue if reserved seats are cheaper if you
get a "season" ticket or not. The championship game is usually a $1 or 2
more than a normal session.

FSU's web site still thinks it is selling tickets for the regional....

Reserved seats in the grandstand: $90 (if any become available)

General admission (bleachers): $50

Students get in free with ID on a first-come first-served basis
(separate gate) for general admission seating up to a preset capacity
that is probably about 2000 (about half of the bleacher capacity).

Faculty/staff do not get a discount, but we can pay for tickets via
payroll deduction (such a deal) and we did get a Christmas card from
the U President this year....

The Beach Dirtbag tickets are :
Corp. Super Box - $1,000/season for 6 tickets to each game, plus parking and
scorecard.
Super Box - $185 / season, regular $7/game
Box - $150 / season, regular $6/game
Grandstand - Adults = $5/game, Sr./Youth $4/game

For those who have been to Blair Field, The Corp and Super Boxes are the 6
seat boxes along the field level. The first 5 rows in what used to be the
grandstand were converted to box seats. The remaining rows are the
grandstand seats. I believe the picnic and play areas down the right and
left field lines respectively are grandstand priced seats. Not sure what
affect the box seat conversions has on seating capacity.

First game is Jan. 30 1:00 p.m. against The Beach Pro Alumni which include
Steve Trachsel, Chris Comez and Jason Giambi, all who have played in Pro
Alumni games past, along with pro stars from other local universities.
Included in the $500,000 renovations this year are a electronic scoreboard.
First collegiate game is Fri. Feb. 5 at 7:00 p.m. versus the Baylor Bears,
in the first game of a three game series.

LSU is $300 for Gold seats
I think $200 for the rest. It actually cost more to sit behind homeplate at the
LSU - Southern baseball game than behind homeplate at the CWS championship
game.
Parking is $150!!!
