Hall of Fame Credentials

I hear that 500 HR, 3000 hits, and 300 wins are the general criteria for
getting into the Hall of Fame. What exceptions are there to these
criteria? I know for example, Negro League players are in the HOF, and
they did not play a single game in the Major Leagues.

I am interested in hearing both players who have achieved these totals but
did not get in, as well as of players who did not achieve these but did get
in.

Also, I`d like your opinions on the following players` chances of getting
in the HOF:
