Man it seemed to be down for a day, now it takes 48 hours for a post
to appear, and I don't believe all the posts are getting through from
my Booty boy fan club.....Call a geek and fix that!
I need to keep these young crybabies stirred up and yowling for
mommy! 0~;)

Quit your bitching, you big girl. If you weren't such a moron you
might consider that google ain't the only way to look at or post to
the usenet by a longshot.

Cheapest way I know of, besides they are speeding it up----looks like
between 3 & 4 hours now. ;-*

(everything I use except the local ISP is free-you might say I'm a
frugal old man)

Which doesn't say a lot for what you know. I can think of two
different newsreaders off the top of my head which are absolutely free
and the lag time between posting and the post going up is literally
seconds.

Woo - 3 & 4 hours...fasten your fucking seatbelts.

And a total dipshit if you're complaining about the length of time it
takes for posts to make it up into google without having a clue on
other avenues to the usenet which are not only many times faster than
google but are also, not unlike google absolutely free. "Waaaa - I
don't believe all the posts are getting through...Call a geek and fix
that!" Ya know, "Their are a few who need to be molly coddled by
having things done for them, always has been--" Shit too funny,

wasn't nothing wrong with the Model T or even a Mule and wagon if you

matter. So shall we say I believe in selective progression? ;)P

I don't like change and generally stick with what works for
me....Google works...I miss the old AOL reader and its download and
edit features but even with a senior discount they finally priced me
out of the market

Well they had some difficulty-----may have been trying to change or
tune it.
See why I don't like change? "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." And
yes it does chap my old ass that a 4 or 5 year old can come home from
day care or Pre K & program these new fangled gadjets and I can't. But
then again, I know more old sayings than they do. Know more about
mules and horses also, plus I got the candy money heh heh ;)P

The only "skygod ass" you've been able to kick is your own, Jinne, and
right (sarcasm, dummy), like there's some entity within the google
operation that carefully monitors the usenet on the lookout for
someone bitching about how their post is taking "hours" to go up and
upon coming across such a plea, does whatever to "fix" the problem.
More likely it was a matter of it being a high traffic period or the
isp or even the phone line glitching. You are just one extremely
self-centered little bitch, aint you? "It was taking hours so I
bitched about it in a post and now it's not taking hours so it was my
bitching that got things all better!" Ya know, I went to sleep last
night and when I got up the sun was coming up - wouldn't have happened
if I hadn't gone to sleep, eh?" Dance monkey!

Not that your preference stops you from whining about the lag time in
posts and posts not appearing, mind you - not to mention squealing for
someone else to " fix that!"

>..You may have noticed
>from my past spiels, I'm not much on progress in General--

Usually when you are utilzing the "elder" pose towards the purpose of
bulwarking some myopic opinion in a lame attempt to portray it or you
as more relevant on whatever bullshit of the moment you're gargling
on.

>--shit
>wasn't nothing wrong with the Model T or even a Mule and wagon if you

So, why aren't you driving a Model T or riding a mule and wagon,
dummy? It's not like these things don't exist anymore.

>Now A/C? I'm glad that came along. Sat/T.V. to for that

I think you just believe your hypocrisy doesn't portray you for the
big, fat hypocrite that you are.

Unless it's not working for you in which case you start shrieking
bloody murder because your free service isn't working the way you want
it to.

>Google works..

Except when it isn't working or working the way you want it to work.

>.I miss the old AOL reader and its download and
>edit features but even with a senior discount they finally priced me
>out of the market

Perhaps but I think the more likely reason for change was they dropped
their usenet availability for subscribers which meant you were cut off
from the skydiving newsgroup - at least cut off from it via direct
through AOL - which is all you barely knew how to do - google, being
web-based, was the closest thing you could find.

Shit, that was apparently nothing compared to the difficulty you were
having with it - screaming for someone to "fix that!" Like your air
was being cut off or something.

>See why I don't like change?

Sure, because you're too lazy, stupid, or self-centered to evolve.

>"If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

Right, and if it is broke it's, "Call a geek and fix that!" as opposed
to exploring other options or even fixing it yourself.

>And
>yes it does chap my old ass that a 4 or 5 year old can come home from
>day care or Pre K & program these new fangled gadjets and I can't.

You've proven yourself not mentally developed enough to handle the
rigors of day care or Pre K. Your problems have more to do with your
unwillingness to take in information and teach yourself as opposed to
some "4 or 5 year old's" willingness and ability. If you're having
problems keeping up with the abilties of 4 or 5 year olds, blame
yourself or your parents. I mean, your family tree must look like a
stump if kids not even in elementary school are able to figure out
shit without reading the same manual you could read, if you applied
yourself, that is.

>But
>then again, I know more old sayings than they do.

Ah, well - then I guess you can still show up those smart-alecky,
knowitall 4 or 5 year olds who think they're so smart with their
arcane skills beyond your ken.

>Know more about
>mules and horses also,

Hell, you get a good, closeup look at a mule-headed horse's ass
everytime you brush your teeth - won't argue that point.

>plus I got the candy money

While they have the gadjets. Regular mexican standoff, eh?

Sure, sure - except there's perfectly good and free avenues available
which, unlike google, don't take hours for posts to make it up and
don't predicate bitching and moaning and calls for help and petulant
cries to "fix that!" If you weren't such a moron you might consider
that bitching about some free service which ain't working the way you
want it to work rightly earns for you the title of big girl who can do
little more than bitch..

The reason is because it makes money for them, dummy. Not money
you're contributing, btw.

>They need to get on the stick or

Or what - you'll bitch some more and scream into the wilderness for
help but categorically refuse to switch to another method to access
the usenet because you're basically bereft any sort of simple abstract
reasoning necesarry to understand how to access the usenet any other
way? I'm sure google is like, so worried you're gonna stop using
their free service - sarcasm, Dummy.

>be fired just
>like a payed service would do employees for dropping the ball

That's a remarkably retarded take, Jinnie. So, why don't you "vote
with your feet" and "fire" google since it's such a shitty method of
accessing the usenet? What's that? Because it's the closest method
to AOL you've come across and you're too stupid to learn some other
method of accessing the usenet, nevermind there are far easier, much
more adept, and just as free methods for accessing the usenet? Loser.

WOW I smell pro union tendencys....Google is procket protector wearing
geek country so they would have to join a white collar union. You are
a pencil neck Video Geek who can't deal with unhooking a RSL so you
would have to join a white collar union I'm afraid.......BUT, we
Teamsters will Honor your girly boy picket line for sure! Don't drive
a BMW or Lexus to work on the day of the strike kid, we carry baseball
bats & lengths of chain. 0~;-)

If you were carrying a length of chain, clumsy oaf that you reportedly are,
you would trip over it walking around dragging your knuckles on the ground
with the chain in your paw. Then you would have some chain marks on your
face to go along with the asphalt scars you already bare.

Thats why I preferred a piece of Re bar or a bat, 2 by 4 etc.....
Actually the 2 by 4 was best dual purpose tool on a picket line, hit a
car on a angle with that, you could put a pretty good crease in
it.Then use the flat side to whack the scab when he got out to run! ;)P

?????? Knuckle dragger? I'm quite urbane I assure you, lived overseas
over 15 years-both as a civilian and military, speak several
languages, appreciate the Arts, listen to Classical music & big band
swing most of the day. Prefer Cabernet Sauvignon over beer and fine
Brandy over whiskey. I may be a Neanderthal in my thinking but only by
choice, mostly to remain as far behind the 21st Century and its weaker
social values as I can. Just because a few people got beat up some 35
to 37 years ago in the name of the union and labor movements world
wide or somebody whacked a few foreigners or taught their enemy's a
more effective way of killing in the name of our country.....doesn't
mean I'm a low brow---------->Just complex heh
heh ;)P ignorant young idiots!
