2nd ISF World Championship 1995 Davos

yesterday ended the 2. ISF Snowboard Chamionship in Davos Switzerland. It was a
big event. There were about 4,000 spectators yesterday watching the Halfpipe
final. Terje Haakonsen won, 2nd Reto Lamm (Sui), 3rd was Sebu Kuhlberg (FIN).
Berti Denervaud won the Overall title, Martin Freinademetz who won the Gold
medal in the giant and Paralellslalom was 3rd.
Peter Bauer from Germany was 2nd in the Paralellslalom.
Unfortunately I don't know the women's results and I don't have a newspaper
here. But maybe someone else can post all the results.
On Saturday there was a big MTV concert with "Dog eat Dog", "Snap", "McSar", and
"Captain Hollywood Project". This concert and parts of the events are shown on
MTV next week (13. - 19.3.) on "Snowball week on MTV", at least here in Europe.

hey, thanx for the information on MTV's next week. i thought i heard something like
7000 (!) people at the halfpipe final. what a day, what a Terje !!!
Dog eat Dog was at our party afterwards (the big one at kuenzlihalle)., great guy!!
i'm trying to get the complete results from MBM (Snowboarder, Monster Backside Magazine).
