Not bad. If you only sometimes hit your boots on a normal board, the the
Floater would be fine.
How heavy are you? And how good are you? The Floater is fairly flexible,
so if you're heavy and/or a good rider who likes to go fast, it may not be
stable enough, and you should consider something stiffer like the Canyon.
Check the FAQ for other known wide boards that are stiff. (Still looking
for updates on that list people!)

Kg is fine for me. I'm about 78kg.

OK, I would say that the Floater is not for you.
> But how wide is the canyon?
Same width as the Floater. It's basically a stiffer version of the
Floater.

Yes, but even going up the wall of a pipe sometimes.
It sounds like you need a wide board, and it sounds like you need a stiff
board. The Canyon is one of many that fits that category. Goto
http://rssFAQ.org/ and look at question 1.07.02.
I'm on my second Floater. It's a versatile board that does a lot of things
well, but doesn't really excel anywhere except powder. It's a very good
all-around board for the price. However, the base is soft and gouges fairly
easily, and the top sheet chips and dings easily too. After two seasons,
approx. 60 days riding, my board looks pretty beat.
I'm also 6'3", and ride the 167. I have size 13's and run relatively low
angles, and have a bit of overhang that only very rarely is a problem.
So overall the Floater has been good to me, but I'll be looking for
something else next time around.
Chris
I've been riding a 167 floater for 3 seasons. I'm 5'11", and about 170
lbs, yet my boot size is only 10. For some reason I just like the feel of
the wide board even though my foot size is not an issue.
I really like this board, its pretty evenly balanced and FAST. If you have
been riding a while it really is a good all-around board. I generally like
to carve at good speed, and it holds an edge well. but I will take it into
the pipe also.
I've read a lot about the top sheet chips but have not experienced that
myself. I would buy another Floater but i'd consider a 163. Overall I
give it high marks. Your 11.5 feet should not drag at all on this board.
Previous boards, too many to mention other than the imfamous burton
performer from 1985 (those three metal fins really kept you moving, in a
straight line!)
Good luck.
