if youre doing it by hand, i think its impossible to strip the holes in the
board. if youre using some sorta power tool to do it you should be more
careful. actually, dont use a power tool on your board. if you want the screws
real tight, you can just take your board into any shop that sells/repairs
snowboards and theyll prolly be happy to do it for you. i bet if you asked
nicely the shop on your mountain would be willing to switch up your bindings
for you.
