Hello,
We live in the NH Seacoast and are fairly hardcore recreational skate
skiers. Last winter we ran across a ski club out having a great time.
The club was a couple of Dad's trying to keep up with and keep track of
a pack of teenagers. My fifteen year old daughter got a glimpse of how
much fun skiing without her parents might be.
Question; are there any Seacoast NH or Southern NH ski clubs that we do
not know about? We are not looking to hook up with a league or start
racing (maybe someday). Living in the Seacoast; after you ask people if
they Skate Ski you usually have to make arm motions (like poling) and
say things like, "you know, like on TV every four years". It is rare
enough for my daughter to find kids that hike uphill, much less ski
uphill. So if you have one of those rare kids in their teen years that
thinks a forty minute climb for a three minute downhill run is a good
deal, let me know.
Generally we ski Waterville, Trapps, Craftsbury, Killington - Hanover
area.

Thanks,
/john
