Salmon Hills, Orminski, and Crooks!
A few months back I shared my dealings to buy Salmon Hills from Ed
Orminski on this news group. Orminski is the crook whom squatted at
Salmon Hills, collected money from skiers, didn't put down a cent for
the purchase, kept the place looking like a garbage heap, and stole
the furniture when he left. Hans Guiliani was correct when he told me
Ed couldn't sell the resort because he never owned. I was almost taken
for $45,000.
Some attorneys and CPA investigators recently contacted me about Ed
Orminski. Apparently through some internet searches they read my posts
at R.S.N. and called. It turns out Orminski has a long track record of
ripping off people. He is living in the next town over from me in
Brant Lake, N.Y. on the Water Tub Rd. if anyone needs to find him
My motivation to write this came after I was contacted and learned
Orminski attempted to swindle a 92 year old woman out of her farm so
he could build homes in Brant Lake. Apparently Orminski was in cohoots
with a local realtor who is most likely going down with Ed. The scheme
was not to show the property to anyone, buy the property well below
fair market value and than mortgage it for a higher value. A neighbor
tried to buy the land but was stymied by the realtor. He smelled a rat
when he found the realty sign hidden behind the farm house. The plot
gets even thicker, but it's a long story with lawyers back dating
contracts ect.
Could someone pass this information along to Hans Guiliani where ever
he may be, just in case he needs to find Orminski. Hopefully
Orminski's latest action will land him jail, so he can't hurt more
people.

The New York State Attorney General already has a file growing on Edward
Orminski. But they need more concrete (documentable) information to
justify going after this petty con man. My family was taken for $ 21,000
by Mr. Orminski as was the Sagamore Hotel in Bolton Landing, New York.
After filing with the NYS AG, we learned that more cases need to be filed
to make it worth their while to pursue him. Any one with any experience
with Mr. Orminski, Ortec Development in Malta, NY, or his wife Debra
should contact the NYS AG, Consumer Frauds and Protection Bureau at
518-474-5481. Filing a complaint with the AG will help make it worth their
while to go after Mr. Orminski (make him a bigger fish in the pond of
crooks).

First, the link you posted does not work, but I believe gr published
your previous comments above.
At one time I had a valid AOL email address for Hans G. It was
working after he left Salmon Hills, however, I just tried it and my
message was bounced back '550 MAILBOX NOT FOUND'. Since he relocated
to Puerto Rico I have no idea how to get in touch with him.
