If you want a reply Scooter about BD's arrest and numerous felony indictments, here is one.

I don't know BD, I know Andrew as BD, and mainly read his thoughts here many years ago. From reading the articles about his dismantling the hunting blinds and cutting the lines of the security cameras. I see three possible outcomes..

-First Outcome, is that BD and his wife, Polly will plead to misdemeanor charges, the felony charges will be dismissed, as long as the hunting chairs/hunting blinds are returned in good shape. The misdemeanor charges will most like be ascertain to cutting the security camera lines and vandalism of the security cameras. Given the numerous felony counts, (I am guessing the charges fall under felonies because of the cost of the hunting blinds)

We will see what if he will present a defense, or what are the terms of the plea deal. I am guessing the number one priority for the couple is to get her charges down to misdemeanor status, and if BD accept a plea deal with a felony charge, it will be a suspended sentence..

Actually these Hunting Chairs and Hunting Blinds are controversial, because they looked upon as abandoned, or semi permanent. I have seen comments by fellow bow hunters who have complained about these hunting blinds. Especially those hunting chairs bolted to a tree, which isn't nice to the tree. It doesn't mean it was right for Andrew to dismantle them, but I see the reason why he did it. What is a possible downfall for BD is the bolt cutters, he used. I think it really depends if the Hunting Blinds were not damaged, or the intent of BD to do with the Hunting Blinds/Chairs. I think there is a chance the charges will be reduced to misdemeanors. There is also a chance that BD may have to plea to a felony charge.

So where are these comments section located? Anyway PC Locals and Summit County, to my mistake won't try the case. Salt Lake County is the county that filed the charges, and it will be adjudicated there.
