sun came out this pm after several straight days of freshies; but all is
not lost - it's supposed to start snowing again tomorrow for another
week or so. it's been cold, so the powder has been light and bountiful.
did some hiking yesterday and found entire slopes of untracked.
next round of dumpage is forecast as warmer - a heavy layer on top of
light may not bond well - dig your pits and be careful guys.
I'm still waiting for conditions to improve on the local mountains. I
guess I've been spoiled. :-)

Unfortunately, last week was a bust. I was near the Poke-your-nose over
Xmas and despite the huge dump slightly to the south (Philly got 24
inches, the most since they started keeping records in the 1800s) the
coverage was a bit thin at the resorts and then it rained cats and dogs
for 36 hours. So no eastern skiing over XMas week for me.
Back here in the flatlands, I'm planning to ski a local molehill
tomorrow and the first before heading up north for the weekend.
So, yeah, I'm skiing. Or will be in about 12 hours.

Yep. Remember that it was only about a year ago that there was an
avalanche inbounds at Wisp in Maryland. Slides can happen in the most
incongruious places.

You could object to your buddies making up a bunch of truly ridiculous
lies and promising to lie to the RCMP and Olympic security.
Ooooops, forgot. You love it when your friends lie about me, god
knows you have enough.
FYI, I'm smart enough not to ski over the holidays. You apparently
aren't.
Lies?
Here is a first draft of my message. Please make any suggestions for
improvement that you feel are appropriate.
Dear Sirs:
I am a long-time reader of the internet newsgroup rec.skiing.alpine.
Recently, some posters to that newsgroup started discussing plans to
visit the upcoming Olympics. In the middle of the discussion, one
poster, Mr. Scott Abraham of Seattle, WA (who also posts under other
names, such as "twobuddha" and "bobaloobob"), included this message to
Mr. Alan Baker of Vancouver:
"Fair warning: if I ever see you, under any circumstances, I'm putting
you down on the ground, like the mad dog you are."
To be perfetly frank, I have many reasons to believe that Mr. Abraham
is nothing but a cowardly blowhard who is too much of a pussy to
follow up on any of his threats, but I would feel guilty if the event
suggested by Mr. Abraham were to come to pass and I had not said
anything to the authorities. I am addressing this to you because the
events could possibly take place in Canada, first because of the
connection to the Olympics, secondly because Mr. Baker lives in
Canada, and thirdly because Mr. Abraham frequently writes about his
trips to Canadian ski reports.
Respectfully yours,
Richard Henry

Don't say "pussy". Government officials shock easily and have no sense of

You might include the googlegroups URLs of some of his more threatening posts.

Send them to rsa. So they can see the regular death threats directed
at me. No surprise that Cunt Ashley supports illegal harassment,
making false police reports, stalking, and the like.

I wish my trunk was bigger -- my skis are a couple of inches too long to fit in
the trunk, so they get to ride inside just like people.
Foot of fresh yesterday. Temps below zero. High wind.
Great day!
Back at it tomorrow.
My sons got a free golfing day today at Barona Indian Reservation,
Casino, and Resort (free because my wife knows the hotel manager, not,
she tells me, becuase she is such a good customer at the bingo hall
and the blackjack tables). They came home early because it was
raining a little bit. I remeinded them that gold was invented in
Scotland, where it rains every GD day!!! and called them pussies.
Actually, my daughter was in the room, so I said "Excuse me Emily, but
you guys are pussies!" She laughed.

If the RCMP does not have anyone on staff who can figure out how to
read a newsgroup, I guess Alan will just have to end up put down like
a mad dog.

That's a good one. Should I quote it in my email to the RCMP?
See up above where it says "first draft"? The full contact informatio

When you taught those classes, were you doing so as a "ski

You can't say anything like "pussy" no matter how accurate.
Mine is going to include references to the blustering and the record
of evasion but also include wish to protect myself as well as position
myself with advanced warning should something occur. What would
perhaps be written off as a "drunk looney" by beat cops could well be
seen in the light of previous behaviour as something far more serious
resulting it the detainment of the offender.
I tink John Law had something to do with that...

Poor baby, perhaps there's some sort of rescue organization for Bakers. I
briefly chatted with a woman who belonged to a Great Dane rescue organization,
and she was being dragged along by a black GD adolescent. Never let a GD step

This is your official "Bite me".
I might be going to to Snow Summit Sunday, if my son's girl fully

I can understand. Sounds like a great day to free ski - cold temps,
uncrowded slopes, great conditions (none of that sloppy stuff). These

and freedom to ski where you want.

Good news from SS/BM:
"Beginning today we will give you a bounce back voucher for each purchased area
use ticket. The bounce back value will be $10 for Adults and Young Adults, and
$5 for children. The voucher is valid toward your next visit and good Sunday

I get up at 5 and leave by 6. That gives me a good parking place and time to
eat "breakfast" -- whatever junk food and coffee I grabbed as I left the house.
The nice thing is that I pass two or three Costcos on the way home, enabling me

Next time I go I get $30 off for getting away at 1:00 (2 vouchers, my friend

avoiding them is what makes this tree skiing fun), and the entire

I just want to get something on record so that in the event of any

think that should be too difficult.
I will be sending it for the same reason the underwear bomber's father

Not so grasshopper. I know that he is afraid to come here to confront
me. But off of my home turf? I plan to be at the Olympics, and in my
opinion he has made himself clear what he wants to do. The most recent
example is the "dog" post to Alan. I have several similar ones
directed at myself. And IMO that should be enough to prohibit his
entry into the country. At worst, put his name on a list that can
easily be recognized. As you said, he's obviously mentally unstable.

I plan to inform them of threats against me. And his stated intentions
to see me in Vancouver. Alan is just a bonus.
"Underwear bomber." I like it. It has a certain derisive quality, which might
discourage prospective martyrs from blowing themselves up. Being a heroic
martyr is one thing, being an underwear bomber is quite another. The underwear
looked a bit more fragile than one might expect from a hero. I'm pretty sure I
even saw some ecru lace. Maybe 'pantybomber' would be even better.

Certainly, although the plural is probably zirconiae. The nice thing about CZ
is that it looks as good as a diamond and if you lose it or break it (the edges
get rounded or chipped after a while) you can get another one for under a buck
a carat.

If you're that cheap a lay, I'm not so sure.:) Maybe we could just going
skiing instead:)
Flying to Breckenridge January 17th, staying till the 20th, flying

Staying at the Marriott at the base of Peak 9.
Should be light crowds since I'm skiing Monday to Wednesday just

What death threats? Proof please
Illegal harassment? Prove it
Light crowds over MLK weekend? Guess again. That's one of the
busiest days of the year.
The skiing here hasn't been that great but it is snowing now so
hopefully it will be better by then. Last I heard, our snowpack is
only about 80% of normal. It's been a below average early season and
the backcountry has been as bad as I've ever seen it for this time of
year. They had a couple of slides in Blue Sky Basin yesterday and had
to close the lift.

Weren't you here for the pinstruck business? Somebody sent him an invitation
to see a virtual voodoo doll with Scott's name on it. Scott accepted the

With death threats like that it's surprising that he's still alive. Even more

You can't even understand regular English usage. "No [you haven't].
That's true.
I was agreeing with you.
> >
> > You've just threatened me with both bodily harm and death.
>
> RCMP. Another ridiculous lie from Mad Puppy Alan Baker. Take it to
> the RCMP. Please.
Are you denying threatening me with bodily harm?
Are you denying threatening to "put me down.. ...like [a] mad dog"?
> A man would back up his lies with action, but we all know what you are.
LOL
What part of my proposed email to the RCMP is not true?
I look forward with amusement to you using the EMERGENCY SOCCER
GAME!!!!!! rebuttal to my email. What so you think they will say to
that?
> What a pathetic, laughable, miserable excuse for a man you are. What
> kind of pussy makes up such transparent, defaming lies and lies to Law
> Enforcement over a stupid newsgroup? Who stalks people to their jobs
> and manipulates the mentally ill to do the same?
OH! OH! OH! I know this one! BERT!
I think that's why there's a list.
Well, it appears that the message to the RCMP has now been amended to:
Dear Sirs:
I am a long-time reader of the internet newsgroup rec.skiing.alpine.
Recently, some posters to that newsgroup started discussing plans to
visit the upcoming Olympics. In the middle of the discussion, one
poster, Mr. Scott Abraham of Seattle, WA (who also posts under other
names, such as "twobuddha" and "bobaloobob"), included this message
to
Mr. Alan Baker of Vancouver:
"Fair warning: if I ever see you, under any circumstances, I'm
putting
you down on the ground, like the mad dog you are."
When confronted with my intention to inform the RCMP of this threat,
Mr. Abraham replied "EMERGENCY SOCCER GAME!!!!!!"
I'd change "too much of a pussy" to something along the lines of
impotent bully. It's more precise and doesn't contain vulgarity that's
never well received in an official context.
Please include reference to me if you'd like. I'll email you privately
with the jurisdictions and jist of my communication. I also asked them
to just include him in a database and to not contact him as I believe
it could just trigger what up to now are just his fantasies. But like
you would feel irresponsible to not make an effort to give the PTB a
heads up.
Email is rphenry at cox dot net
I will send something by the end of the week unless Alan vetoes it. I
think he is the most likely person to be contacted by RCMP or whoever.
Followon:
On further research, it appears that e-mail is th wrong approach.
Instead, RCMP has a direct-contact form which includes fields for
things like email address and telephone number to facilitate
communication.

I also found out some things I did not know - for instance, Scott is
included in the wikipedia page "usenet celebrities" under the
"eccentric personalities" category:
<<Scott Abraham – skiing enthusiast banned by court order in 1999 from
posting on the Usenet discussion group "rec.skiing.alpine", after
engaging in a flame war with other online posters. The heated
exchanges lasted for months, eventually escalating into death threats,
until a police detective from Seattle posted a request for all
involved to calm down. All involved did except Abraham, which
ultimately led to a court order being filed against him. The
Electronic Frontier Foundation and other civil liberties groups
commented that this violated free speech, but did not deny that
Abraham's aggressive behavior exceeded the boundaries of normal
newsgroup civility.>>
Yup, I was skiing over the holidays. Just got back yesterday afternoon
from a week of skiing at Powder Creek Lodge... including a great New
Years Eve party and plenty of powder and sunshine.
Conditions were excellent. Very stable snowpack most of the week. Late
Thursday it warmed up to -5c and starting snowing again, giving us a
bit of an upside-down snowpack above the treeline but not in the
trees.
This is an incredible place. Fly in by helicopter to the lodge at 7100
feet in the middle of nowhere in the Purcells, ski tour for 7 days,
then fly out again at the end of the week. Spectacular!

More stalking, more harassment, more lies from Dickless Henry. Go for
it. Typical of a psychopathic liar, you think you can fool everybody
They will see through you in a Canuck second.
>
> I look forward with amusement to you using the EMERGENCY SOCCER
> GAME!!!!!! rebuttal to my email. What so you think they will say to
> that?-
Like everybody else, they will think you are a blowhard stalker who
hasn't got the balls to spew his shit in real life, but manipulates
the mentally ill and lies while hiding behind his computer to cover up
his cowardice.
EMERGENCY SOCCER GAME!!!!!!
OH, you lie your ass off again. Completely different circumstance,
and the only mentally ill person, Dickless David Hobbs, got fired
immediately for making sick jokes about raping children. Far
different, but don't let that stop you, Dickless Dave Jr.
I'm still waiting to hear from the RCMP. Go for it. Commit a crime.
Pretty please.
What a pathetic, laughable coward. What a transparent freak. What a
psychopathic, dickless pussy.
Richard Henry.
EMERGENCY SOCCER GAME!!!!!!!!
Geez, has anybody noticed that I have never stated I would be
attending the Games, and I have frequently stated that I would not be
attending the Games?
Oooooops. Don't let the facts interrupt a good lie.
Day 6, and Richard Henry must have lots of EMERGENCY SOCCER GAMES
because he has yet to follow through on his threat to lie to Canadian
law enforcement authorities.
Stop talking about yourself that way, Brain Fried Bob
> It's more precise and doesn't contain vulgarity that's
> never well received in an official context.
Yeah, but making sick jokes taunting rape survivors goes down well,
eh, freak?
>

> to just include him in a database and to not contact him as I believe

Translation: you have not sent a damn thing. If you ever do, you want
your lies not to be investigated, because you would never get into
Canada once they figure out what a lying freak you are, and that you
knowingly lied to the RCMP.
The only thing you fear is being exposed.
Tell you what. Send me a copy of your lies, along with the recipient,
and I will contact them myself.
> But like
> you would feel irresponsible to not make an effort to give the PTB a
> heads up.
Translation: Bob Thompson is a dickless coward stalking again on the
net and lying again to LE.
Translation: he's the most at most legal risk of being arrested for
making false police reports.
Once again, Richard Henry encourages the freaks of rsa to lie to LE.
Typical behavior of a pathetic, laughable coward.
Did you write that yourself, Waldron? Because it is a pack of lies.
As usual. For you to say that ANYBODY calmed down after Shirey tried
to silence me is ridiculous: the lies and death threats and
defamations continued.
For a moment there, I thought you had gotten some sanity. Same
ridiculous lying, same dickless freak.
Show the post, Ted. I never threatened you in the slightest. You lie
again. Show the post where I threatened you.
One of your lying tactics is to fail to tell the whole truth. Admit
that my life was clearly threatened on scores of occasions.
What I did was tell you sick dickless cowards to bring it on.
Period. I told you I could and would defend myself. Period.
Once again, you lie. Shame on you. Shame on you.
< It was
> resolve, I thought at the time. Even though you and Bert wrote me a few
> days later emails saying both of you are going to sue me, for what? I
> have no idea.
Defamation like this insane, outright, defamatory lie, you deranged
wack job?
>
> In October 1999, the Seattle PD CONTACTED me about you. This was
> right after you got off the phone with Detective Shirey, and your little
> tantrum and screaming match with her.
Really? I thought I had a reasonable conversation in which I told her
she had no jurisdiction. I also told her that she should investigate
the multiple, clear, repeated death threats yu fail to mention.
> She asked me to post her message
> to r.s.a, which started another psychotic round of postings by you...
Translation, I kept telling the truth and you kept lying.
>
> Scooter, I went to the police, because you have serious behavioral
> problems, you were accusing me of idiocy that I have nothing to do with,
> (ie Winston's posts that you seemed to never figure out there were from
> him)
Yeah. I have a serious behavioral problem. When assholes lie, I
expose them. When assholes threaten my life, I defend myself.
You sick freak.
I saw you a day before the "living under the threat of death" post
> at a pub, I would go with friends on a regular basis. I wanted to
> address and solve the problem before it escalated.
Lie some more, Ted. Hey, if you wanted to address the problem, you
could have said hello.
You lying piece of shit.
>
> The second time around was after three months of your postings 24/7
> constant violent fantasies, and numerous people asking you to drop it,
> or realizing that your behavior going to get you into trouble.
Another ludicrous lie, freak. YOU people threatened ME, asshole. I
merely told you I could and would defend myself.
How sick.
> Including your "buddy" Seattle PD cop, who told you to drop it, and his
> statement was read into the record by Det. Shirey.
No statement was read into the record, and no buddy of mine told me to
drop it. Nor did I have ANY legal reason to do so.
Of course, YOU could have stopped lying, YOU could have stopped
stalking, and YOU could have turned in your friends who threated my
life.
Make up some more whoppers, Ted.
Hey, since you mention the record, YOU claimed I had threatened you in
court, and were challenged to show the post.
We're still waiting, Teddy.
Your behavior was a
> becoming a law enforcement concern, and you threatened enough people in
> the Seattle and King County area, that if you couldn't use internal
> discipline to modify your behavior, than external discipline was needed.
Translation: I wouldn't take your shit. If I had actually threatened
someone, Shirey could have me charged.
Another outright lie. But I'll tell you the same thing now I did
then: you have threatened my life, supported terrorism, and lied to
the cops. If I ever see you, I will judge you a threat and act
accordingly. Better run if you see me, freak.
>
> I didn't lie to the cops.
Bullshit. You lied your ass off then, you're lying your ass off now.
Show the post, or admit you lied.
>If I did lie to law enforcement, it would
> had been diminished, because your screaming fits with the police and
> others made a bigger impression than my hypothetical deception.
Another ridiculous and laughable excuse for your criminal perjury.
Never had a screaming fit with a cop in my life, idiot. And your
deception is not hypothetical.
You stated, in court, that I had threatened you, and got laughed out
of court. You committed felony perjury. Period.
>
> You got the restraining order, Scooter, I didn't get one.
Based completely on outright lies like this bullshit post. Thanks for
being such an idiot and repeating your lies.
> I lost my
> hearing, and left it at that.
Wrong again. You've been lying about it ever since.
> I didn't scream in court, nor screamed at
> judge, nor cried, nor did Bert tell me to "shut up" as all that happened
> to you at the hearing.,
Lie some more, Teddy. Remember, you lied in court. Period.
>I also didn't say that I needed to post on r.s.a
> because it was my "livelihood" as you stated, which was pretty
> hilarious. Your performance at the hearing encapsulated much about
> you.. you can't control your behavior, you go through violent mood
> swings, you try to bully people, and you are completely pathetic.
This from a dickless freak who lied to a cop and a judge, got laughed
out of court, and continues to sell the same insane rationalizations
for his lies ever since.
Hey, Teddy? If I go through violent mood swings, can't control my
behavior, and bully people, how come I havn't tapped you on the
shoulder some dark night?
Oooooops. Reality bitch slaps Dickless Ted Waldron again.
Go fuck yourself, freak. You're as much of a deranged coward now as
you were then.
Show the post, Ted. You lying piece of shit.
