I changed a few words, but I sang to a 38 year veteren

Who's gonna fill his shoes?
Who's gonna stand that tall?
Who's gonna ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ?
Who's gonna give their heart and soul to get to me and you?
Yes I wonder, whos' gonna fill his shoes?
Yes, I wonder, whos' gonna fill his shoes?

If the Scoutmaster has been in a while, he will recognize these songs:

Follow Me, Boys (from the movie)
Happy Wanderer
I Like the Mountains
Into The Air Junior Bird Men
Kum Ba Yah
My Brother Bill
On My Honor
Scout Vesper Song
Sweet Betsy from Pike
Sweetly Sings the Donkey
Taps
Trail the Eagle

They are all available at:

or the Scout Hymn
or to add a bit of fun to the evening "ging gang gooli", as a round and
by the end of it everyone would be able to pick up the words and join in

Also check out http://www.chsscout.net/ lots of interesting Scout related
songs, MID files and some RA files of Baden-Powell's speeches... It is worth
a look... Some of what other have recommended is available from this site
too.
