I was just wondering if there was a directory of OA lodges on line.

I know that there are about 350 local councils, and that over 560 lodges
have been in existence at one time or another. I'm just wondering if there is
a listing of lodges, starting with #1, Unami, and going to #567, Mokupuni O
Lawelawe.

I would hope that the list would include Portage Lodge #619.

If a numerical index is what you are looking for, would recommend
http://www.erie.net/~robht73/Numlist.html Each lodge is linked to
its region page, where you can pick up any lodge or council home
page links. Or from the main page /oa.html you can join the OA
webring to other OA sites. This IS the information age! YIS Rich

Rich:

Thank you. I'll go and check it out.

Would you happen to know if this site notes whether or not the lodge is
still in existence?

Alan:

I would hope so, too. It's just that I have been out of the loop for so
long, I was unaware of any lodge number higher than 567.

To those who have suggested web addresses, thank you. I have tried the
following with the following results:

www.erie.net/~robkt73/Numlist.html - Error message: "Viewing this page
requires a browser capable of displaying frames."

www.erie.net/~robkt73/Numlist/oaguide - Error message: "Unable to retrieve."

www.netpath.net/~panelli/oaguide - Error message: "Unable to retrieve."

I appreciate the help, but it looks like we'll have to try again.

Check out the Internet Guide to Order of the Arrow Insignia at
http://www.netpath.net/~pannellj/oaguide/index.htm. There you will
find nearly 5000 images from 681 lodges!

If you only want a list...
Select "Search By State" from the main page. Once there select "All
States". While this will list only the lodges on the site, almost
every lodge known to have existed is now there.

OR...
Check out the alphabetical cross-references on the site, for a
*complete* list of all the lodges in alphabetical order, split over
three web pages.
