Here it is, Friday and I have done only one run for 2 miles.
Crap!
I have a group run tomorrow, so I think I will go long then.
Heading out now since the job recruiter doesn't seem to be calling back. 8^(
I think 5K should be okay before trying a 10K tomorrow morning.
