John must have been busy, so I'll start.

Greetings wreck runners! Please tell us about your training week and
goals.

Had some training interruptions in the week, but managed 4 runs for 6 miles total. Longest was 3 mile. Plan was for a second 3 mile run on the 28th, but a family event unexpectedly came up, so I ran out of time.

Choir is almost done for the summer, so i'll have more flexibility Sunday mornings.

enjoy the run

A few 6-8milers this week. It's taken over two weeks for muscle fatigue
from my last race to recede, and only now do I feel springy.

In article <c2f1a39b-f8d4-4291...@googlegroups.com>,
I decided to get back into it again. My plans are to walk 5K five to seven
days a week this month, and to start running again in June. I'm trying to
decide whether to start the Couch to 5K program then or to Gallowalk 5K,
increasing the running and decreasing the walking as time progresses until
I'm running the entire 5K, regardless of how long it takes to do that.

Ran 5 times for 60kms total.
Long trail run of 18km - cut back on the
long run with a race coming up the following week.

Also got in a 14 km run - with the middle 9k being a
tempo on the roads where I thought the race would be run.
Next day race organisers sent a message that the race course
was changing to a mostly trail run...
