Help! I am looking for a running shoe that fits. I have small (61/2)
and narrow feet. I used to have a great pair of Mizunos and Nikes a
long time ago, but it seems that they don't run as narrow anymore.
I've been running in my old shoes. And that's been bad. got a bad case
of metatarsalgia (SP?). had to stay offa my feet for 3-4 weeks.

i'd appreciate any help.

thanks!

If you have trouble getting a good fit because your feet are not the
middle-of-the-road average shape, by far your best bet will be to go
to a running store (a specialist store devoted to runners or perhaps
triathletes, not a generic sporting goods store) and try on a bunch of
shoes.

I'm sure people here could tell you that brand X or model Y run narrow
or that such-and-such is available in various widths. But nothing
will determine what fits nearly as well as trying shoes on. And a
running store's where they're at, along with, one hopes, competent
staff who may be able to guide you. Unless you're planning to order a
couple dozen different shoes from zappos.com and return all but one or
two.

Small feet, small penis. Small brain if you wear nikes too.
