*Swings over water>swings on land according to my fiance. I never rode them when the moved them off the pier, but was able to withstand a single cycle without getting motion sick (can do anything that doesn't just go in circles)
*Hoosier Hurricane got some regular off season work and it is running good. Have to see how it handles the operating season.
*back seat of Cornball rocks! I love that seat still.
In general the place looks better then in years past, The Adventure Point Ropes course and climbing wall is going to be part of the ride band this year. A few rides were not ready or failed to open. The Falling star was still being worked on and probably won't open for at least a few weeks. The Flying Bobs are apparently awaiting parts. The Merry Go Round was still in parts waiting to be re assembled (no idea if it needs parts or not). I never did see the train cycle. Lost Coaster was being worked on when I was there. It had been raining and had rained off and on throughout the day. The kick tire that pushes the train into the station area is always a troublesome spot for that coaster and that was what they were working on. It never opened when I was there.
My fiance and myself got season passes so we will be back a few more times this year.
