That's what the one web page I had found on it said. Basically it actually dates to the parks original incarnation as "White City" circa 1905 or so, but that incarnation fell on hard times during the depression, before reopening as Lakeside in the late 30s. It's at that point the Staride went SBNO, and it's just sat there ever since.
