While channel hopping the other nite I came across a comercial for
"Ghost Hunters" or one of the other shows of that type.
In the comercial, as they were flashing between shots from
different episodes, they showed what looked like an indoor coaster or
darkride (could see 2 steel rails and a short section of lift chain )
Did anybody see that show or know what coaster or darkride it might
have been ? It's obviosly one that the ghost hunters might have
considdered it haunted ??
( it almost looked like it might have been the Golden Nugget, but I
don't remember ever hearing any stories about that possibly being
haunted )

Pretzel rides have chain lifts. Conneaut, perhaps? Their hotel was
just featured in an episode of Paranormal State...many of these
"ghost" shows go to the same spots. Ghost Hunters is in repeat until
Feb 24, when new episodes air. Currently running new is Ghost Hunters
International...could it be that show you saw a commercial for? Did
the commercial specifically state it was a new show? Typically on the
night SyFy airs these shows air they will rerun 3 or 4 old episodes
before airing the new.

I watched the Hotel Conneaut episode and don't remember them showing
any of the park at all, just the hotel.

How would one determine whether or not a dark ride was haunted?

LOL Joe.

"I just saw something!"
"Where?"
"Over there!"
Camera pans to nothing.

"Did you hear that?!?"
"Yes!"
Review of all sound records turn up empty.
