Frankly, I believe that it takes a lot of balls to post an ad for a
Korean made product and include a waving American Flag and a cartoon
character that proclaims "Go America" in that same ad.
Do you totally lack common sense, or just so shameless in your pursuit
of a sale that you don't care?

Nahhh, it just takes a little willful ignorance.

Both seem to be The American Way lately.

No, I drive a Ford Bronco and my ham rigs includes a Barker &
Williamson 5100 transmitter and a Hallicrafters SX-71 receiver.
Everything else is home constructed, including 2-M and 420-Mhz rigs.
(I am now in the market for a mint condition Collins 75A4!)
I simply objected to you waving the American flag in your desperate
attempt to sell a inexpensive, foreign made, non-repairable and
throw-away consumer item.

I agree with you in general, but I suspect a significant percentage of
real hams reject this and remain loyal to quality American made radio
products that, although costly, at least can be repaired and
maintained. This is why used products like the Collins 75A4 and even
Heathkit products continue to command high prices. When they break,
you can fix them.
It's not entirely a patriotic thing with me. I simply wouldn't want to
own any ham equipment that I can't maintain and repair myself under
emergency conditions. In fact, this is something that was traditional
in amateur radio until very recently.
