Voters may demand that ethical committees that hold members of
Congress accountable to such things as frivolous spending and other
legal, but ethically questionable behaviors may find themselves
wrapped in ethical disciplinary actions?

Still want to keep holding midnight sessions and back door deals in
order to not do the will of the People? And a shift in majority, or
the loss of seats by members of the Democrat Congress who sit on those
ethical review boards will do what?
