I found a copy of the above title manual published in April 1987 by Coast
Guard Canada showing all the locations and frequencies of radio
navigation beacons and transmitters on the Canadian Pacific coast. This
is a great reference to low band DXers. Since I'm not into these things
I'll sell it for $8.00 mailed in the US and Canada.
