is a 2-Hour over-lap from 13:00 to 15:00 UTC for

"On" from 5 AM to 7 PM Local PST. That's 1 to 2
Hours in the Morning 'before' and around Sunrise
and the Gray Line for me here in California.
So tune to 4319 kHz [USB] at 5 AM PST and

* Strangely during this same time when tuning the
AFN Frequencies for : Guam, Hawaii, Key West
and Diego Garcia; I could hear the same very weak
Morse Code Signal on AFN Diego Garcia 4319 kHz
with some audio artifacts; and the same very faint
Morse Code Signal on AFN Diego Garcia 12,759
kHz with no audio artifacts. The other AFN Radio
Frequencies did not exhibit this Morse Code Signal.
