I need to know how to program an old Uniden (Radio Shack) BC-140
Scanner. I can enter a frequency by pressing "ch#" "manual" "the
freq" and "review" to check. But the channel returns to the old
frequency when any other key is pressed.
Any help here would be appreciated.
Thanks
Robert

I'm not familiar with the model but here are a few ideas to consider:

1) press enter after you enter the new frequency
or
2) is there a program button on the radio? If so press it first then
your new frequency and then enter
