Any info about the OC Law Enforcement system would also be
appreciated.

for dispatching, though it may eventually change. Each division has its
own "simplex" frequency, plus its own "fallback" secondary dispatch
frequency. There are a number of new bureau-wide and citywide tac
frequencies.
As best as can be determined, here is the current lineup: (Divisional
