PRIDE FM (London)

London's set to get it's second station broadcasting to the capital's
LGBOs. Pride FM will broadcast in the run-up to London's Lesbian and
Gay Pride Fesival and the project will be completely volunteer run.

I am a freelance journalist working in London. I am currently making
six fifteen minute programmes about LGBO life around the world called
"The Pink Planet" to be broadcast on Pride FM. Each programme will
include two reports,an interview with a foreign LGBO resident new to
London and two appeals by different celebrities on behalf of LGBO
prisoners of conscience around the world.

I am looking for radio producers around the world to make reports for
the PP on a subject of interest or importance from their area. The
stories can be serious or funny, weird or wonderful! A number of
journalists around the world have agreed to contribute reports. If
you know of any radio producers, college or community groups that may
be able to help please give us a beep.

As I've got a great deal to do, I'd be grateful for any help or
suggestions. Please do distribute but only where relevant and
appropriate.
