Looking for a replacement for "Q1", the 1st RF amp in the receiver of a UHF
Motorola Maxtrac radio.
Motorola Maxtrac radio.
The Motorola part is listed as "48-80182D44 NPN TYPE M82D44". However,
Motorola apparently no longer supplies this transistor.
Looking for an alternate source and/or a way to convert/cross-reference this
to a standard or equivalent device.
