I had one of these once. Absolutely no rejection. Also, tends to lead to
early rotor and/or mast failure since, due to the "ring" around the bottom,
the mast must extend at least 10 feet above the rotor. The resulting windload
either ruins the bearings, bends the mast, or both.

I didn't have any problem with mine and the bottom ring was maybe 3' above the
rotor. Had great rejection. Besides, the guy was wanting to sell his, not
