Mods Needed for Cobra 29 LTD

Hi I am looking for any mods that can be done to my cobra
29...and I know there are lots of them...whic is the limiter? How do
you do a super tune mod? what transistor do you use? is a super mod
recommended? I hear it puts too much voltage through the main
board...oh well...thanks in advance for any responses...I appreciate
them all...Have a safe and fun one...I Will!!!!

AM Power- L12,L13,L14
VR1- This will help receive a bit.
VR3- Squelch
VR6-Antenna Warning Indicator
VR5- Adjust RF meter (transmit)
VR2- Adjust S-meter (receive)

I've had a couple of 29 LTD's and I've always turned the carrier power
down to about 1 to 2 watts dead key and clipped the limiter. I've seen
in the ranger of 10 to 20 watts of forward "swing" on all of them.
They are a dam good radio!!

Here's what I got:
Modulation- VR4
Modulation Limiter- cut D11

AM Power- L12,L13,L14
VR1- This will help receive a bit.
